Deep Throat Various DT Music Productions n/a, 1974
Deep Throat album cover

Let's face it, not an album you're likely to see in your local Tower Records store. In fact, you're extremely unlikely to ever see this cinema-only 'souvenir pressing' as it's one of the rarest scores of the 1970s. A spectacularly bad pressing, hissy and apparently taken off the movie, this album is nevertheless completely enthralling. A mad mixture of groovy 1970s porno-funk and easy listening, guitar, synth, chimes, you name it? totally off-the-wall to say the least. Great stuff! This is a 3-figure sum LP; even the Sandy Hook bootleg from the 1980s will cost an arm and a leg.

Overall Rating: 4
