Dudley Moore, a successful TV personality in the UK with a background as a professional musician, both starred in and scored this 1960s movie about an early mid-life crisis. The album reflects Moore's interest in jazz and features a small group jazz sound. Many of the tracks showcase his excellent piano playing; the highlight is the groovy loungecore 'Real Stuff'.
