The follow-up LP to Mission: Impossible is considerably harder to find than the first, and considerably more interesting. With this album, Schifrin starts to move in a funk direction hinted at in his earlier scores and later realised in Dirty Harry. The sound is harder than the slightly kitsch Mission: Impossible LP and features some excellent funk instrumentals. Sample spotters will note Portishead's use of material from this LP.
Overall Rating: 4
